Brenda Ruiz-Monreal - Owner & Leader
Brenda is the heart and soul of Delta Home Services. As the majority owner, she leads our company with a unique perspective that comes from being both a successful businesswoman and a dedicated mother. You might notice a touch of pink on our website and trucks – that’s Brenda’s signature, representing her leadership in what’s traditionally been a male-dominated industry.
What drives Brenda is simple: she believes your family deserves the same level of respect and quality service as her own. While running Delta, she’s also raised two wonderful young men who are now with the company! This gives her a deep understanding of what Phoenix families really need from their HVAC company.

CARLOS MONREAL
Technical Expert & Co-Founder
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the Arizona HVAC industry, Carlos brings invaluable expertise as both an installer and service technician. He is deeply involved in training and mentoring our technicians, ensuring every team member meets the high standards Delta is known for.
Carlos also handles our IT support and plays a key role in the company’s growth and strategic planning. His technical knowledge combined with real-world experience helps ensure our team stays at the forefront of HVAC technology and best practices.
Bryan Monreal
General Manager
Bryan is a graduate of the University of Arizona, Class of 2023, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Development. He has been immersed in the home services industry since the age of 17 and brings a well-rounded understanding of its operations.
Over the years, he has held nearly every position within the company—from answering customer calls and performing routine air conditioning maintenance to installing HVAC systems and overseeing office management. This comprehensive hands-on experience has equipped him with a deep knowledge of both the technical and administrative aspects of the business.
Brandon Monreal
Service and Installation Manager
Brandon began his career in the industry at the age of 15 and has since established himself as a master technician with over a decade of hands-on experience. Known for his precision and professionalism, he has spent the last ten years refining his craft across all facets of HVAC service. Whether it’s providing a second opinion, performing routine maintenance, responding to emergency service calls, or handling full system installations, Brandon is the trusted expert customers rely on.
He holds an EPA Universal Certification, a NATE Certification in Heat Pumps, and has completed Trane’s Tech Two training—credentials that underscore his commitment to technical excellence and continued education in the field.
